The terms you agree to when you use this site or buy from us.

1. Who we are
This site is operated by Mossfinch, an Australian sole trader, ABN 63 107 258 045, of 24 Canton St, Canterbury, Australia. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Mossfinch” mean that business, and “you” means the person using this site.
2. This site is currently a catalogue
Checkout is not open. Product pages show a disabled Coming soon button in place of an add to cart button, and no order can be placed through this site yet. The sections below about orders, payment and delivery describe how things will work once ordering opens.
3. Prices and GST
All prices on this site are in Australian dollars and include GST. The price shown is the total price for that product. GST is not added on top at checkout, and no GST-exclusive figure is presented anywhere as the price.
Mossfinch is registered for GST. Where a GST breakdown is needed, the GST is one eleventh of the total price, and it appears on your tax invoice rather than on the product page. A tax invoice is available on request for any order, and is issued automatically for orders over $82.50.
Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown separately before you confirm an order and are never added afterwards.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.
4. Product information
We publish specifications supplied to us by the manufacturer or wholesaler. Where a specification has not been confirmed to us in writing, the field says so rather than showing an estimate.
Photographs are illustrative. Colours can look different on different screens, and packaging can change without notice. If a difference between the listing and the item you receive matters, contact us and we will deal with it under the returns policy and the consumer guarantees.
5. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept it, which happens when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline an order, for example where an item is unavailable, where there has been a pricing error, or where we cannot deliver to the address given. If we decline after you have paid, you get a full refund.
6. Delivery
We ship within Australia only. Our products are dispatched by overseas suppliers, and delivery estimates are set out on the shipping page. Those estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and international transit times vary.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law. See the returns and refunds page for detail.
8. Returns and cancellations
Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by the returns and refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Using this site
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may withdraw access if you do.
10. Intellectual property
The Mossfinch name, the text on this site and its design belong to us. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not copy the content for commercial use without permission.
11. Liability
Subject to the consumer guarantees and anything else that cannot be excluded by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing it, supplying an equivalent, or refunding what you paid for it.
We are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.
12. Privacy
Personal information is handled as set out in our privacy policy.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version on this page when you place it. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction. This does not affect any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
